Although Simone is best known for transforming some of the most famous bodies in Hollywood, she believes that exercise should not be a privilege. She created these at-home workouts for you, so if you can’t get to one of her studios you can still experience the same killer workout and get a “Body By Simone” in the comfort of your own home. The first 55-minute class is Full Body. Using interval training techniques that combine cardio and conditioning to target the upper body, lower body and core, you will burn calories and create long, lean muscles. The second 55-minute workout is Dance Cardio. A high intensity workout, with easy to follow choreography that will leave you dripping in sweat but smiling ear to ear. Designed for all fitness levels, the two 55-minute signature workouts use minimal equipment. All you need is a mat, a towel and 3 or 5lb hand weights. Remember, you don’t need to be a dancer to do this workout, the most important thing is to keep moving!

Love Simone! I really like this DVD. You get two great workouts, and they are both varied and interesting enough to work well on any body, for quite awhile. A few thoughts and a few criticisms:Simone’s workouts are definitely in the same general genre as Tracy Anderson and Anna Kaiser (and to some extent, Ballet Beautiful). Good Workout but Difficult Choreography, Insane Pace and Almost Nonexistent Cueing Just FYI and contrary to claims on the packaging, the choreography in this video is NOT easy.This review is only for the cardio dance section of the video – I haven’t done the total body workout yet. My running substitute!! This is an AMAZING workout!! I bought it a few weeks ago but had not tried it until today… and WOW! I’m a bit out of shape, so I just was able to go through 3/4’s of her Dance Cardio routine. And boy did it made me a sweaty mess!!! haha!
