Perfect for 21 Day fix!!! I was hesitant to buy this due to some of the reviews, HOWEVER I am really glad I didnt listen and ordered it anyway! It’s a great size to put in your purse and take it with you! The outside is a hard laminate for durability so it will not get to messed up when you take it wil you. It’s cute and is EXACTLY WHAT YOU NEED when doing 21 day fix! So don’t over think it just order it.

This style is a must have for the 21 day fix This book is absolutely perfect what I’m looking for. I believe there’s different styles in this book but this one work best for the 21 day fix for keeping track of your food. I absolutely love it keeps me on track with my water, my exercise, and I can tell myself things to remind myself and the very bottom of the page is well. Journal is perfect companion for 21 Day Fix! I love this! Its the perfect size for writing down the foods I consume each day and keeping track of what group they are in. (This coordinates with the 21 day fix program, so if you arent using that or at least the containers, this journal won’t make sense for you.) There is a place to check off your water consumption and log your workouts or even a note or two about how you were feeling or what you want to work on. I love it!
