Hard Strikes is an outrageous boxing-infused cardio workout that mixes basic boxing combos with intense cardio work. The punching combos are fun and easy to learn, but by no means easy to do. Some kickboxing is included in this section but the primary focus is on boxing. Once the cardio segment is complete, you’ll continue with boxing specific conditioning drills that will make you look and feel like a champ. A bonus heavy bag section is included with the premixes for this workout to enhance your boxing experience as well as give you the means to strike even harder and more effectively. You’ll see us wearing 12 ounce boxing gloves during the entire cardio boxing segment (in addition to the Bonus Heavy Bag section). While it is perfectly fine to do the cardio boxing segment without gloves, I strongly encourage you to wear them. You’ll be amazed at how this ramps up your boxing efficiency and overall workout intensity. As with any workout, you get out of it what you put into it so follow our lead and strike hard! Cathe is a great instructor, not too chipper/annoying I am loving this workout. Cathe is a great instructor, not too chipper/annoying, and I actually enjoy the workout. The background music is nice and the one girl in the video sometimes looks like she’s dying along with you which is kinda funny. I feel that the workout is a good length of time and a good workout. There’s options for different workouts and there’s breaks if you need to cut the workout short. I sometimes stop after the first part (boxing) which is still a 30 min workout and…

Fun workout! I love Cathe’s fitness DVDs, they are fun and a great work out. She gives great directions so her moves are easy to follow. I’m 65 and am able to keep up with her. I confess some things I have to modify due to my age but overall I keep up with her. I highly recommend any of Cathe’s workout DVDs.

I love boxing. But I don’t have a bag I love boxing. But I don’t have a bag. This is perfect. I’m very fit and active. Love this dvd. The music is not annoying or fake like many out there. I use this almost once a week as part of my fitness plan. You will def work up a sweat. Plus if you do have a bag Cathe has a section as well as a custom menu. Great workout!! Keep fit!;)
