Great Beginner DVD with scripture. As a Christian and exercise enthusiast, I’m very excited about yoga centered on scripture. I couldn’t find reviews for Christian yoga specifically dealing with level. This DVD is a wonderful beginner DVD. Janine Turner recites scripture during each pose. I look forward to seeing more DVD’s from this beautiful actress.
