4 Ways to Get a Great Workout Total Body Circuit 2 is loaded with workouts and every one of them is challenging enough to be fun but not so challenging that I get overwhelmed. The Total Body Circuit takes 55 minutes and what a workout; it leaves no muscle untouched! I prefer to do either the Lower or Upper Body Circuit–each of those takes 35 minutes and I promise that you’ll work up a sweat and feel great when you finish. In addition there’s a 12-minute Standing Abs Booster that can be added to any of the workouts on…

Sweaty fun with a smile! This is a great workout for anyone who wants a fun and safe program that will tone all the major muscle groups while adding cardio walking and dancing. You don’t need to be an athlete! Most anyone of any age should be able to follow along, and Gina suggests modifications for those who have limitations. She’s passionate about making fitness enjoyable and accessible! I have all her workouts, and love each one, but this is a step up. Highly recommended!

Exercise that is fun! I love all of Gina’s workouts and this one is no different. This workout has dance/walking cardio for 5 minutes and then weights for 5 minutes alternating. I absolutely love this style of workout. You don’t get burnt out and you change from weights to cardio.
