I really did like the Shoulder JNL Fusion is an OK workout. I really did like the Shoulder, Bicep Builder and a couple other DVD’s, but the Crazy Cardio, was anything but crazy and The Total Body Tamer, utilized way to much towel crunch stuff that feels more like an extended break than actual work. All in all a pretty good workout program, but I found myself avoiding certain DVD’s. This is an effective workout DVD set! I really am enjoying this DVD set. I find it to be challenging enough and the variety is great. I am actually seeing some new definition in my abs, which I have not gotten results like this with other series!!! I have been using this, along with my Brazilian Butt Lift: High and Tight, since it arrived. I like the work out I like the work out, but not all of them are as intense as pictured. I have days when I have to double two of them to feel like I pushed myself. Some time I just combine with another DVD that I have or running. That said, there are some of them that really push you. Also, she has some moves that I have really not seen elsewhere.
