Wonderful low impact workout I recently had to take my workouts down a notch because a knee injury, and ended up reintroducing myself to Leslie Sansone’s workouts. I’d done them in the past but moved on to other things. I was nervous that I wouldn’t feel like I was getting a good workout, but ended up being pleasantly surprised by the intensity level. I started out only being able to do the 1st mile and gradually got up to the entire 5 miles daily.
