Compared to Jillian, this workout is much slower and more focused on refining your technique. Good work out The first work out on this DVD is a tutorial to make sure you know what you’re doing with a kettlebell. I’ve worked out with kettlebells for a few years and have seen different DVDs. I like the way Mr. Katami shows the moves and swings. He gives good advice and you won’t get hurt if you follow it. The second work out is really nice. Very glad I bought this DVD! I really like this video. Very easy to follow and fun to do, and a good quick, calorie-burning, muscle-improving exercise to add to my regimen of walking and tai chi. Although I haven’t started using it in earnest yet – because I don’t have an appropriate kettlebell – I can see why it’s considered a great exercise method.
