Production quality is ‘so-so’ but the program is amazing I’ve been in and out of fitness my whole life. I spent several years as a Physical Training coordinator in the US Navy. Needless to say I’ve tried all the big name programs over the years. When I first came across Joey Atlas I was a touch skeptical only because I had never heard of him.But after reading his information and understanding his philosophy I decided to give his stuff a try. I was a little disappointed in the production quality of the program but that was quickly erased…

great workout This is exactly what I was looking for. I like the personal trainer feel. The reminders on breathing, posture, going at your own rate and no music.
