Just know that they’re not all walking workouts I’m new to Jessica Smith’s workouts, but have fallen in love with her upbeat personality and cheery workouts this past year. This new set is fantastic! So far, I’ve only done two of the workouts, but I’ve previewed the workouts and already love the set and know I’ll use it a lot. Another Excellent Series from Jessica Smith! This is an amazing workout series. It has a little of everything, cardio, strength, barre, yoga, pilates, fusion… The quality is great.
