Good workout for beginners At first I wasn’t sure how seriously to take the animation, but now that I have done the workout, I’m hooked. In this video we hit the abs, arms, and legs and I will be sore tomorrow.
Simple, but effective to get that heart rate up and the abs working Great for beginners! Good, yet brief warm up and cool down exercises. No equipment needed. Good tips for form while in the exercise. Pleasantly surprised.
