I love it! First I have to say I’m a beginner doing this kind of work out I usually do yoga, walk and a little bit of running,I ordered this because I wanted something different and I don’t really like goin to gym.I’m done the first week and I have to tell you I love it she moves fast but it easy to do the exercises it’s intense but you don’t feel it until the next day believe, I don’t sweat I can run for 20 minutes straight and I don’t sweat at all and this work out makes me sweat a lot.
