I really liked that video When I was a beginner at yoga, I bought the 10 Minute Solutions Yoga video. I really liked that video, it was perfect for learning the basics at a good speed and not long enough to discourage you. I then bought this video because I was so pleased with the results of the yoga.However, if you are looking for something to help with form and technique as a beginner, this is NOT it. She soars through most of the poses in the interest of time with little to no direction. When I first tried this…

Love the workouts! She is beautiful, presents her workout very short and sweet. Speak very well and just the amount you need to hear with out annoying chatter like in Julillian michaels videos.Workouts are much easier to follow with her instructions and are effective as well.I will buy more of her DVDs for sure!

So good I bought it twice! I bought the DVD of this workout and used it regularly for a couple years. I then decided to buy it through Amazon video so I can access it no matter where I am. It’s so convenient to be able to pull up her work out from my phone and do as many 10 minute segments as I have time for. I mostly use this 10 minute ab section. I really notice a difference when I do it regularly. Great full body workout. Lara gives great cues and reminders throughou so you are never confused as to what you should be…
