Love this strengthening video!!! I’ve performed this 10-minute solution video (via Prime) several times in it’s entirety and it’s incredible! I’ve been doing pilates for excercise for over 20 years and have actual hit new muscles! First time using a resistance band with pilates. Do it a few times and you’ll feel stronger too.

It’s really fun to work with the band and Suzanne Bowen’s style is really enjoyable (not true for some of the other DVDs I have). One of my Faves Love, love LOVE this dvd. It is challenging (definitely not for those just beginning pilates) enough that I sweat and get a decent heart rate elevation, and I feel adequately worked-out without feeling completely noodle-like afterwards. I like the instructor’s cues, she is sweet and has an amazing body.
