Love this!!! Would absolutely recommend!! Love, love, love!! This is awesome! I love the workouts and Mary Helen is sweet and professional. She pushes you but isn’t at all a drill Sargent. She is encouraging and reminds you often of form and stretching and necessary water. Challenging and yet such a beautiful and elegant way to get in shape!! It’ll kick your ballet beautiful muscles for sure! My favorite way to work out by far!!

No proper instruction on how to do the moves Poor direction..no clues on correct position..are legs turned out? Are legs parallel? Always some noise in the background like someone is dropping a piece of equipment….Goes way to fast…
