THIS IS DENISE AUSTIN’S BEST YOGA DVD! I say this not only because this DVD and Jillian Michaels’ Yoga Meltdown introduced me to Yoga. But also because there are two 30 minute Yoga routines that are doable! Plus, unlike Fat Blasting Yoga & Yoga Body Burn, there is a modifier. However, the #1 reason for Hot Body Yoga being Denise Austin’s best Yoga DVD is because she combines weight training into the second Yoga routine, which I love so much! Denise is indeed THE QUEEN OF FITNESS!!!

Totally amazing Fabulous. I am discovering Denise Austin all over again. Her workouts are fabulous. I am 61 almost 62 and have been frustrated that my routine is not working. Her video’s are amazing. I am feeling stronger and am definitely leaner. I tried so many work-out video’s but these are my favorites along with my Jane Fonda’s video’s. I am most impressed with the transition from exercise to exercise it is very fluid and easier to follow than others. Most of all it is effective. Thank you Denise.

Ok This is probably a great video for a yoga beginner. I was a bit disappointed in the DVD for a few reasons. I do love Denise and will continue using her, but this DVD will be used for days when I just need a little stretch.The first 30 mins is mostly stretches. She does offer different levels of progression but they are basic poses. The poses arn’t held for very long. I didn’t get much out of the lunge series. Overall, a great stretch.The second 30 mins is taking…
