Relaxing and fun practice! This is such a fun form! The video consists of a 12 minute Qigong warm up that is to die for on it’s own. The form then has 7 moves which are Parting Wild Horse Mane, Brush Knee, Repulse Monkey, Grasp Bird Tail, Single Whip, Cloud Hands and Cross Hand Closing. The moves are performed in a unique, opposite twisting like manner that is challenging at first but then becomes easier as you learn the moves. Good video The instructor is very good at showing how to do the steps. I believe this video is supposed to be for beginners, but you’d better have good mobility and balance to begin with if you try some of these moves.

Didn’t like this style of tai chi After taking 6yrs of Tai chi I didn’t care for this style that was demonstrated. Since I couldn’t return it I donated it instead.
