2.5 stars: Not terrible, but not great either The short version: if you haven’t worked out for years, are new to weight training, have very limited access to equipment (as in you have only 2 pairs of dumbbells and an adjustable bench), and cannot possibly do more than 30 minutes a day, then this program will work well for you. Otherwise, it’s disappointing. The long version: There are some good things about this program, but it overall feels like it was thought up on Monday, filmed on Tuesday, edited Wednesday, and shipped on…

Excellent program marred by playback problem The workouts are great and the presentation is engaging, however, it is a nightmare to play these DVDs on a computer. First, these days it is almost impossible to get a computer with a DVD player, but I got an external one from Verbatim. Workouts are great but No workout sheet! I haven’t even played the DVDs but I’m already disappointed. What workout program doesn’t come with a workout sheet to track your progress??? I bought it because I liked the idea of getting a program does last 30 min. But seriously, no workout sheet???? I’ll update my review as I go through the dvdsUpdate: the workouts are great… short but you can get a good pump… just what I need.
