Disappointed I looked forward to getting this workout DVD, as I am a home workout enthusiast and new DVD releases are few and far between these days. I haven’t even done all of these, but I wanted to put my review out there to let others know that if they have a workout DVD collection, they do not need this! My biggest issue with these workouts is that they are incomplete. The first total body toning workout did not include a warm up, cool down or stretch. The workout ended abruptly after doing jumping…

This is for beginner/intermediate levels This is a nice exercise video, but not challenging enough for my needs. I bought it because of the 15-minute work-outs, hoping to save time. I’m going to return it because I have other videos that I like better.

Great, quick intense workouts for those short of time Good quick intense workout. 5 days a week 15 minutes each. Make sure you log on to the website on the back of the video for meal plans.
